Texas High School Basketball - Lee crushes Cayuga

(December 8, 2011: Tyler, TX 75701) Lee Raiders (Tyler, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cayuga Wildcats (Cayuga, TX), 77-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lee upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Raiders travel to Kaufman (Kaufman, TX) to encounter the Lions in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Kaufman lost 51-29 in their recent non-league bout against Fairfield (Fairfield, TX)

Next up, the Wildcats encounter the Chireno Owls (Chireno, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Cayuga will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Owls go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 42-33 non-league win over West Rusk (New London, TX).
