King's Academy Lions (West Palm Beach, FL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host
Central Cobras (Fort Pierce, FL),
53-47 in a non-league bout.
With the victory,
King's Academy upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to
Lake Worth Christian (Boynton Beach, FL) to play the Defenders in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 3. The Defenders come into the bout with a record of 9-4.
Lake Worth Christian won
48-29 in their recent non-league bout against
Northside Christian (St. Petersburg, FL)
Next up, the Cobras play the
Westwood Panthers (Fort Pierce, FL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 5.
Central will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 4-8 record after their
