California High School Basketball - Villa Park can't hold off Brea Olinda
(January 17, 2012: Villa Park, CA 92861) The Brea Olinda Wildcats basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Villa Park Spartans to 56 in the Wildcats league victory on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 12-7 record. They play next when they host Foothill for a Century contest on Friday, January 20. Brea Olinda will meet a Knights team coming off a 49-30 league win over El Dorado (Placentia, CA). The Knights record now stands at 15-4.
The Spartans (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Canyon (Anaheim, CA). The Comanches come into the Century contest with a 16-4 record. In their last contest, Canyon edged El Modena (Orange, CA), 69-53, in a league contest.
