Texas High School Basketball - Hico ripped by Comanche

(January 6, 2012: Comanche, TX 76442) The Comanche Indians basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Hico Tigers to 35 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now sport a 21-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bangs for a 2A Region I District 6 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. Comanche will play a Dragons squad coming off a 55-21 league win over San Saba (San Saba, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 11-9.

Next up, the Tigers play the Dublin Lions (Dublin, TX) in a 2A Region I District 6 challenge, on Friday, January 13. Hico will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 11-12 record after their 45-26 league win over Coleman (Coleman, TX).
