(October 26, 2007: Point Pleasant, WV 25550) The Point Pleasant Big Blacks football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Hoover Huskies to 20 in the Big Blacks league win on Friday.
The Big Blacks now possess a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Chapmanville for a Cardinal battle on Friday, November 2. Point Pleasant will play a Tigers squad coming off a 41-17 league loss to Wayne (Wayne, WV). The Tigers record now stands at 6-3.
Coming up next, the Huskies play the Winfield Generals (Winfield, WV) in a Cardinal battle, on Friday, November 2. Hoover will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Generals go into the battle with a 4-5 record after their 24-14 non-league loss to Tolsia (Fort Gay, WV).
