Texas High School Basketball - Lake Highlands can't hold off Princeton

(November 10, 2009: Princeton, TX 75407) The Princeton Panthers basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Lake Highlands Wildcats to 41 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty for a non-league contest on Friday, November 13. Princeton will meet a Redhawks team coming off a 58-52 non-league loss to The Colony (The Colony, TX). The Redhawks record now stands at 0-1.

The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Plano (Plano, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Plano nudged Rowlett (Rowlett, TX), 46-31, in a non-league contest.
