California High School Basketball - La Sierra ripped by Arlington

(February 2, 2012: Riverside, CA 92503) The Arlington Lions basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting La Sierra Eagles to 37 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now sport a 16-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vista del Lago for a Inland Valley contest on Tuesday, February 7. Arlington will confront a Ravens team coming off a 47-46 league win over Ramona (Riverside, CA). The Ravens record now stands at 4-20.

Next up, the Eagles play the Rancho Verde Mustangs (Moreno Valley, CA) in a Inland Valley bout, on Tuesday, February 7. La Sierra will attempt to upgrade on its 15-9 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 16-8 record after their 60-33 league win over Valley View (Moreno Valley, CA).
