(January 9, 2012: Lucas, TX 75002) The Lucas Christian Academy Warriors basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting CHANT HomeSchool Chargers to 46 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Monday.

The Warriors now sport a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dallas Academy for a TCAF Division 1 District 2 contest on Tuesday, January 17. Lucas Christian Academy will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 52-35 non-league loss to Nazarene Christian Academy (Crowley, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-9.

The Chargers (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against Faith Christian (Grapevine, TX). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 4-13 record. In their last contest, Faith Christian was nudged by Pantego Christian (Arlington, TX), 49-35, in a league contest.
