(October 10, 2008: Waynesboro, VA 22980) The North Cross Raiders (Roanoke, VA) football routed the host Fishburne Military Caissons (Waynesboro, VA), 54-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Brunswick Academy Vikings (Lawrenceville, VA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 18. North Cross will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Vikings enter the bout with a 1-7 record after their 17-6 league loss to Kenston Forest (Blackstone, VA).
