With the victory, Empire upgrades its record to 7-14 on the campaign. The Ravens travel to Pusch Ridge Christian Academy (Tucson, AZ) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. Pusch Ridge Christian Academy won 45-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Valley Christian (Chandler, AZ)

Next up, the Lynx play the Desert Christian Eagles (Tucson, AZ) in a IV Section II challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Academy of Tucson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 14-4 record after their 60-22 non-league win over Tombstone (Tombstone, AZ).
