Gateway Charter Griffins volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting
Cape Coral Seahawks to 0 in the Griffins non-league victory on Monday.
The Griffins now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host
Estero for a
4A District 11 game on Wednesday, September 10.
Gateway Charter will confront a Wildcats team coming off a
3-0 non-league win over
Dunbar (Fort Myers, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.
The Seahawks (1-2) will now prepare for their game against
Baker (Cape Coral, FL). The Bulldogs enter the
5A District 15 game with a 1-1 record. In their last game,
Baker gained a win over
East Lee County (Lehigh Acres, FL),
3-0, in a league game.
