(December 17, 2011: Daytona Beach, FL 32124) Boone Braves (Orlando, FL) supporters were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Father Lopez Green Waves (Daytona Beach, FL), 60-54 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, Boone improves its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Braves host University (Orlando, FL) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 4. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 8-4.

Next up, the Green Waves play the Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers (Melbourne, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 21. Father Lopez will attempt to improve on its 12-2 season record.
