(October 13, 2011: St. George, UT 84790) The Desert Hills Thunder football team (St. George, UT), was beaten 35-8 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Hurricane Tigers (Hurricane, UT)
The Tigers (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Canyon View (Cedar City, UT). The Falcons come into the 3A Region 9 challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Canyon View was beaten by Cedar City (Cedar City, UT), 54-7, in a league challenge.
The Thunder now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cedar City for a 3A Region 9 challenge on Thursday, October 20. Desert Hills will meet a Redmen team coming off a 54-7 league win over Canyon View (Cedar City, UT). The Redmen record now stands at 3-5.
