Texas High School Basketball - DeSoto falls to Plano West

(December 29, 2011: Plano, TX 75093) The Plano West Wolves basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting DeSoto Eagles to 46 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wolves now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richland for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. Plano West will confront a Rebels team coming off a 56-53 non-league win over Marcus (Flower Mound, TX). The Rebels record now stands at 14-2.

The Eagles (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against North Crowley (Fort Worth, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, North Crowley lost by Parkview (Little Rock, AR), 49-44, in a non-league game.
