(September 22, 2006: Sun Valley, CA 91352) Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Marshall Barristers (Los Angeles, CA) and the host Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA), saw Marshall's football team prevail over Poly by a tally of 28-0.
The Barristers (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Franklin (Los Angeles, CA). The Panthers come into the Northern match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Franklin dropped by Cathedral (Los Angeles, CA), 38-8, in a non-league test.
Next, the Parrots battle the North Hollywood Huskies (North Hollywood, CA) in a Sunset Six test, on Friday, September 29. Poly will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Huskies go into the test with a 2-1 record after their 22-21 non-league win over Monroe (North Hills, CA).
