With the victory, West Haven betters its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host East Haven (East Haven, CT) to confront the Yellowjackets in a Southern Connecticut - DI bout on Saturday, January 7. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 6-0. East Haven won 4-3 in their recent league bout against North Haven (North Haven, CT)

The Tigers now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host North Haven for a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 11. Hand will confront a Indians squad coming off a 6-3 league loss to Hamden (Hamden, CT). The Indians record now stands at 3-4.
