Oregon High School Basketball - Bandon falls to Coquille

(February 3, 2012: Coquille, OR 97423) The Coquille Red Devils basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Bandon Tigers to 36 in the Red Devils league triumph on Friday.

The Red Devils now sport a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gold Beach for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Coquille will meet a Panthers team coming off a 38-18 non-league loss to Myrtle Point (Myrtle Point, OR). The Panthers record now stands at 10-7.

The Tigers (1-17) will now prepare for their contest against Glide (Glide, OR). The Wildcats go into the 3A Sunset bout with a 13-8 record. In their last bout, Glide toppled Reedsport (Reedsport, OR), 38-25, in a non-league bout.
