Texas High School Basketball - Midway falls to Rudder

(November 12, 2011: Bryan, TX 77808) The Rudder Rangers basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Midway Panthers to 36 in the Rangers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rangers now sport a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Waco for a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 15. Rudder will play a Lions squad coming off a 64-53 non-league win over Austin LBJ (Austin, TX). The Lions record now stands at 3-3.

Next up, the Panthers play the Harker Heights Knights (Harker Heights, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 15. Midway will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 49-45 non-league win over Reagan (San Antonio, TX).
