Connecticut High School Football - Conard overwhelms RHAM
(October 17, 2011: Hebron, CT 06248) The crowd at Monday's non-league contest between the Conard Chieftains (West Hartford, CT) and the host RHAM Sachems (Hebron, CT), observed Conard's football squad bounce RHAM by a count of 38-6.
The Chieftains now own a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to New Britain for a Central Connecticut I West contest on Friday, October 21. Conard will encounter a Golden Hurricanes squad coming off a 20-12 non-league win over Newington (Newington, CT). The Golden Hurricanes record now stands at 3-2.
Coming up next, the Sachems encounter the Fermi Falcons (Enfield, CT) in a Central Connecticut II East contest, on Saturday, October 22. RHAM will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record.
