With the victory, La Vega improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Peaster (Peaster, TX) to battle the Greyhounds in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 3. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Peaster lost 58-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Nolan Catholic (Fort Worth, TX)

Next up, the Zebras battle the Clifton Cubs (Clifton, TX) in a 2A Region II District 15 challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Grandview will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record.
