(October 12, 2007: Baltimore, MD 21231) The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Dunbar Poets (Baltimore, MD) and the visiting Lake Clifton-Eastern Lakers (Baltimore, MD), observed Dunbar's football squad bounce Lake Clifton-Eastern by a count of 49-0.

The Poets now own a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Poly for a Baltimore City Division I contest on Thursday, October 18. Dunbar will encounter a Engineers squad coming off a 33-9 league loss to Mergenthaler Vo-Tech (Baltimore, MD). The Engineers record now stands at 5-1.

Coming up next, the Lakers encounter the Carver Vo-Tech Bears (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore City Division I contest, on Thursday, October 18. Lake Clifton-Eastern will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 25-20 league loss to Edmondson-Westside (Baltimore, MD).
