(September 2, 2005: Eureka, MT 59917) The Superior Bobcats football team scored 20 points and held the host Lincoln County Lions to 7 in the Bobcats non-league win on Friday.
The Bobcats (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Plains-Hot Springs (Plains, MT). The Horsemen enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Plains-Hot Springs lost by Florence-Carlton (Plains, MT), 21-18, in a non-league game.
The Lions now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Seeley-Swan for a non-league game on Saturday, September 10. Lincoln County will meet a Black Hawks team coming off a 33-10 non-league loss to Troy (Missoula, MT). The Black Hawks record now stands at 1-0.
