Oregon High School Basketball - Wilson falls to Cleveland
(February 7, 2012: Portland, OR 97219) The Cleveland Warriors basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Wilson Trojans to 52 in the Warriors league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roosevelt for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 8. Cleveland will meet a Roughriders team coming off a 62-39 league win over Crook County (Prineville, OR). The Roughriders record now stands at 15-3.
The Trojans (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Benson Tech (Portland, OR). The Techmen enter the 5A Portland contest with a 17-2 record. In their last contest, Benson Tech ran past Jefferson (Portland, OR), 70-52, in a league contest.
