Jenkins Eagles (Lakeland, FL) basketball squad nipped the visiting
Frostproof Bulldogs (Frostproof, FL), by a margin of
68-66.
The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against
Auburndale (Auburndale, FL). The Bloodhounds go into the
5A District 6 outing with a 5-1 record.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Fort Meade for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 6.
