Washington High School Basketball - North Kitsap over Port Townsend
(January 30, 2009: Poulsbo, WA 98370) Fans at Friday's league challenge between the North Kitsap Vikings (Poulsbo, WA) and the visiting Port Townsend Redskins (Port Townsend, WA), saw North Kitsap's basketball team gain a win over Port Townsend by a tally of 57-40.
The Vikings now sport a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bainbridge for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 31. North Kitsap will meet a Spartans team coming off a 53-42 league win over West Seattle (Seattle, WA). The Spartans record now stands at 11-4.
The Redskins (14-2) will now prepare for their contest against Klahowya (Silverdale, WA). The Eagles come into the 2A/3A Olympic contest with a 6-10 record.
