Washington High School Football - Issaquah prevails Liberty
(October 6, 2006: Issaquah, WA 98027) In Friday's league bout, the host Issaquah Eagles football team scored a good 27-7 victory over the Liberty Patriots.
With the triumph, Issaquah upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Skyline (Sammamish, WA) to clash with the Spartans in a 3A KingCo test on Friday, October 13. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 4-2. Skyline won 40-7 in their recent league test against Interlake (Bellevue, WA)
Next, the Patriots clash with the Redmond Mustangs (Redmond, WA) in a non-league test, on Friday, October 13. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Mustangs go into the test with a 3-3 record after their 35-7 league win over Juanita (Kirkland, WA).
