(January 21, 2012: Sylmar, CA 91342) In Saturday's non-league outing, the Pacific Hills Bruins (Los Angeles, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA), by a count of 76-41.

The Bruins (19-3) will now prepare for their outing against Windward (Los Angeles, CA). The Wildcats go into the Alpha outing with a 13-6 record. In their last outing, Windward was crushed by Compton (Compton, CA), 75-56, in a non-league outing.

The Spartans now hold a 9-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to San Fernando for a Valley Mission challenge on Wednesday, January 25. Sylmar will play a Tigers squad coming off a 68-49 league loss to Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-12.
