(September 30, 2011: Lincoln, NE 68510) The Pius X Thunderbolts (Lincoln, NE) volleyball overcame the visiting Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE), 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, Pius X upgrades its record to 23-1 on the year. The Thunderbolts travel to Schuyler (Schuyler, NE) to play the Warriors in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 4. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 5-11. Schuyler lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Duchesne (Omaha, NE)
The Patriots now own a 7-11 record. They play next when they travel to Omaha South for a A District TBD outing on Tuesday, October 4. Millard South will play a Packers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Bennington (Bennington, NE). The Packers record now stands at 0-16.
