Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX) basketball nipped the visiting
Marshall Buffalos (Missouri City, TX),
81-76 in Friday's league test.
The Bulldogs (9-13) will now prepare for their test against
Elkins (Missouri City, TX). The Knights go into the
5A Region III District 23 test with a 21-3 record. In their last test,
Elkins got by
Kempner (Sugar Land, TX),
76-40, in a league test.
The Buffalos now own a 9-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Bush for a
5A Region III District 23 test on Tuesday, January 22.
Marshall will clash with a Broncos squad coming off a
59-54 league loss to
Hightower (Sugar Land, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 17-7.
