Brookstone Cougars (Columbus, GA) football defeated the host
Landmark Christian Eagles (Fairburn, GA),
34-14 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Cougars face the
Chattahoochee County Panthers (Cusseta, GA) in a
4-A bout, on Friday, September 5.
Brookstone will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their
36-14 non-league win over
Calhoun County (Edison, GA).
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against
Warren County (Warrenton, GA). The Screaming Devils enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout,
Warren County defeated
