California High School Basketball - Drew edges San Francisco Waldorf

(February 4, 2012: San Francisco, CA 94115) The Drew Dragons (San Francisco, CA) basketball nipped the visiting San Francisco Waldorf Wolverines (San Francisco, CA), 40-35 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Dragons (3-19) will now prepare for their test against Marin Academy (San Rafael, CA). The Wildcats go into the Bay Counties - West test with a 12-11 record. In their last test, Marin Academy was tipped by St. Joseph Notre Dame (Alameda, CA), 61-48, in a non-league test.

The Wolverines now own a 13-5 record. They take the field next when they host Gateway for a Bay Counties - Central test on Tuesday, February 7. San Francisco Waldorf will clash with a Gators squad coming off a 60-52 league win over Leadership (San Francisco, CA). The Gators record now stands at 15-2.
