Florida High School Baseball - American Heritage holds off Benjamin
(April 12, 2011: North Palm Beach, FL 33408) American Heritage Stallions (Delray Beach, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Benjamin Buccaneers (North Palm Beach, FL), 8-4 in a league test.
With the win, American Heritage upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Stallions travel to Glades Day (Belle Glade, FL) to battle the Gators in a 2A District 13 test on Wednesday, April 13. The Gators come into the test with a record of 9-10. Glades Day lost 7-6 in their recent non-league test against Community Christian (Stuart, FL)
With the defeat, Benjamin falls to 8-15 on the season. The Buccaneers travel to Jupiter Christian (Jupiter, FL) to battle the Eagles in a 2A District 13 test on Friday, April 15. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-14.
