(September 12, 2008: Grove City, PA 16127) Wilmington Area Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA), 42-7 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Wilmington Area improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host Hickory (Hermitage, PA) to confront the Hornets in a District 10 Region 3 AA test on Friday, September 19. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 1-2. Hickory lost 53-0 in their recent league test against Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA)

With the loss, Grove City drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Franklin (Franklin, PA) to confront the Knights in a District 10 Region 5 AAA test on Friday, September 19. The Knights come into the test with a record of 1-1.
