Kentucky High School Football - Lexington Catholic gets by Boyle County

(September 21, 2007: Danville, KY 40422) The Lexington Catholic Knights football squad scored 18 points and limited the host Boyle County Rebels to 14 in the Knights league win on Friday.

The Knights now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Harrison County for a non-league battle on Friday, September 28. Lexington Catholic will play a Thorobreds squad coming off a 40-16 league win over Bourbon County (Paris, KY). The Thorobreds record now stands at 4-1.

Coming up next, the Rebels play the West Jessamine Colts (Nicholasville, KY) in a 4A District 6 battle, on Friday, October 5. Boyle County will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Colts go into the battle with a 0-5 record after their 41-14 league loss to East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY).
