(January 7, 2012: Palmyra, VA 22963) The Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA) basketball knocked off the host Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA), 49-38 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Hilltoppers (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Amherst County (Amherst, VA). The Lancers go into the AA Seminole test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Amherst County was beaten by Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA), 54-41, in a league test.
The Flying Flucos now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they host Charlottesville for a AA Jefferson test on Tuesday, January 10.
