(September 7, 2007: Corry, PA 16407) The Corry Beavers football team (Corry, PA), was ripped 34-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA)

The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Wilmington Area (New Wilmington, PA). The Greyhounds come into the District 10 Region 3 AA challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Wilmington Area trounced Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA), 30-6, in a non-league challenge.

The Beavers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenville for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 14. Corry will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 22-18 non-league win over North East (North East, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 2-0.
