Washington High School Basketball - Union fells Reynolds
(December 29, 2011: Vancouver, WA 98607) Union Titans (Vancouver, WA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting Reynolds Raiders (Troutdale, OR), 51-40 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Union upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Battle Ground (Battle Ground, WA) to play the Tigers in a 4A Greater St. Helens bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 5-4. Battle Ground lost 65-29 in their recent non-league bout against Central Catholic (Portland, OR)
Next up, the Raiders battle the Hood River Valley Eagles (Hood River, OR) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, January 3. Reynolds will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 7-2 record after their 32-29 non-league win over Sandy (Sandy, OR).
