Alaska High School Football - West Valley crushed by Service
(September 8, 2007: Anchorage, AK 99507) Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team rout the visiting West Valley Wolfpack (Fairbanks, AK), 65-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Service improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Dimond (Anchorage, AK) to confront the Lynx in a Cook Inlet test on Saturday, September 15. The Lynx come into the test with a record of 4-1. Dimond won 49-0 in their recent league test against Eagle River (Eagle River, AK)
With the loss, West Valley drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Wolfpack host Palmer (Palmer, AK) to confront the Moose in a Northern Railbelt test on Friday, September 14. The Moose come into the test with a record of 2-3. Palmer won 14-13 in their recent league test against Colony (Palmer, AK)
