Colorado High School Basketball - Centennial overwhelms Aguilar

(January 19, 2012: San Luis, CO 81152) Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Centennial Rams (San Luis, CO) and the visiting Aguilar Wildcats (Aguilar, CO), saw Centennial's basketball squad trounce Aguilar by a count of 71-37.

With the victory, Centennial upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Rams host Cotopaxi (Cotopaxi, CO) to play the Pirates in a 1A Southern Peaks challenge on Friday, January 20. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Cotopaxi won 38-25 in their recent league challenge against Primero (Weston, CO)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Sierra Grande Panthers (Blanca, CO) in a 1A Southern Peaks challenge, on Friday, February 3. Aguilar will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
