(March 17, 2009: Albuquerque, NM 87107) The Sandia Matadors baseball team scored 10 points and limited the host Valley Vikings to 9 in the Matadors league victory on Tuesday.
The Matadors (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM). The Ravens go into the non-league match with a 6-1 record. In their last match, Rio Grande edged Cibola (Albuquerque, NM), 7-0, in a non-league match.
The Vikings (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Cibola (Albuquerque, NM). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Cibola was edged by Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM), 7-0, in a non-league match.
