Texas High School Basketball - Cy-Woods tipped by Cypress Falls

(February 7, 2012: Cypress, TX 77429) The Cypress Falls Eagles basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Cy-Woods Wildcats to 48 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 27-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cypress Ranch for a 5A Region III District 17 contest on Friday, February 10. Cypress Falls will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 59-46 league win over Cypress Creek (Houston, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-16.

The Wildcats (9-19) will now prepare for their contest against Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX). The Bobcats enter the 5A Region III District 17 contest with a 11-16 record. In their last contest, Cy-Fair was nudged by Langham Creek (Houston, TX), 67-51, in a league contest.
