(August 29, 2008: Henderson, NV 89015) The Fountain Valley Barons walloped the host Foothill Falcons football team by a count of 49-14 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Fountain Valley upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Barons travel to Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) to encounter the Titans in a non-league outing on Friday, September 12. The Titans go into the outing with a record of 0-0.

With the loss, Foothill drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Falcons host Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Spartans in a non-league test on Friday, September 5. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 0-1. Cimarron-Memorial lost 35-21 in their recent non-league test against Dixie (St. George, UT)
