California High School Basketball - California Military Institute crushes Public Safety Academy

(January 27, 2012: Perris, CA 92570) California Military Institute ROUGH RIDERS (Perris, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Public Safety Academy Phoenix (San Bernardino, CA), 64-27 in a league challenge.

With the victory, California Military Institute improves its record to 10-9 on the campaign. The ROUGH RIDERS travel to Riverside Christian (Riverside, CA) to play the Cougars in a Warrior challenge on Wednesday, February 1. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 8-8. Riverside Christian won 66-40 in their recent league challenge against Public Safety Academy (San Bernardino, CA)

Next up, the Phoenix play the Riverside Christian Cougars (Riverside, CA) in a Warrior challenge, on Monday, January 30. Public Safety Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 54-47 league loss to Nuview Bridge (Nuevo, CA).
