Indiana High School Basketball - Culver Academies prevails Argos
(February 26, 2010: Argos, IN 46501) Culver Academies Eagles (Culver, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Argos Dragons (Argos, IN), 38-24 in a league bout.
With the win, Culver Academies upgrades its record to 13-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Rochester (Rochester, IN) to encounter the Zebras in a non-league bout on Friday, March 5. The Zebras go into the bout with a record of 15-6. Rochester won 53-45 in their recent non-league bout against Glenn (Walkerton, IN)
Next up, the Dragons encounter the Triton Trojans (Bourbon, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 5. Argos will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 20-4 record after their 74-42 non-league win over Michigan City Marquette (Michigan City, IN).
