(October 7, 2011: Clayton, OH 45315) The Centerville Elks thwarted the host Northmont Thunderbolts football team by a count of 34-7 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Centerville upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Elks travel to Wayne (Huber Heights, OH) to encounter the Warriors in a Greater Western Ohio - Central outing on Friday, October 14. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 4-3. Wayne won 37-7 in their recent league bout against Beavercreek (Beavercreek, OH)
The Thunderbolts (2-5) will now prepare for their bout against Fairmont (Kettering, OH). The Firebirds enter the Greater Western Ohio - Central bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Fairmont was toppled by Centerville (Centerville, OH), 49-21, in a league bout.
