Texas High School Basketball - Tahoka holds off Seminole

(November 10, 2011: Seminole, TX 79360) Tahoka Bulldogs (Tahoka, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Seminole Indians (Seminole, TX), 36-33 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Tahoka upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Ropes (Ropesville, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 12. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Ropes won 38-35 in their recent non-league bout against O'Donnell (O'Donnell, TX)

Coming up next, the Indians battle the Odessa Bronchos (Odessa, TX) in a non-league battle, on Friday, November 18. Seminole will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
