Colorado High School Basketball - Mullen falls to Overland

(February 13, 2012: Aurora, CO 80012) The Overland Trailblazers basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Mullen Mustangs to 45 in the Trailblazers league triumph on Monday.

The Trailblazers now sport a 5-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Arapahoe for a 5A/4A Centennial contest on Wednesday, February 15. Overland will confront a Warriors team coming off a 76-67 league win over Grandview (Aurora, CO). The Warriors record now stands at 19-2.

The Mustangs (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against Cherokee Trail (Aurora, CO). The Cougars enter the 5A/4A Centennial contest with a 10-11 record. In their last contest, Cherokee Trail lost by Eaglecrest (Centennial, CO), 62-60, in a league contest.
