(October 28, 2011: Fresno, CA 93720) The Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) football were victorious over the visiting Clovis East Timberwolves (Clovis, CA), 24-14 in Friday's league game.
The Golden Eagles (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Central (Fresno, CA). The Grizzlies come into the Tri-River game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Central knocked off Clovis North (Fresno, CA), 34-24, in a league game.
The Timberwolves now sport a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Buchanan for a Tri-River game on Friday, November 4. Clovis East will meet a Bears team coming off a 35-0 league loss to Clovis (Clovis, CA). The Bears record now stands at 2-6.
