(December 30, 2008: DuBois, PA 15801) Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals (DuBois, PA) and the visiting Allegheny-Clarion Valley Falcons (Foxburg, PA), saw DuBois Central Catholic's basketball squad trounce Allegheny-Clarion Valley by a count of 57-36.

With the victory, DuBois Central Catholic upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Bradford (Bradford, PA) to play the Owls in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 6. The Owls come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Bradford won 48-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Hornell (Hornell, NY)

Next up, the Falcons play the East Forest Bears (Marienville, PA) in a Keystone Shortway - North challenge, on Monday, January 5. Allegheny-Clarion Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 52-45 league loss to Karns City (Karns City, PA).
