(December 20, 2008: Tampa, FL 33629) The Plant Panthers (Tampa, FL) basketball felled the visiting Wharton Wildcats (Tampa, FL), 50-32 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Panthers (9-1) will now prepare for their test against Sarasota Christian (Sarasota, FL). The Blazers go into the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Sarasota Christian defeated Tampa Prep (Tampa, FL), 63-22, in a non-league test.
